Making world-class first impression
The Situation
When Element Technologies moved into their new Oakville facility, they needed it to make a world-class first impression.
With a global webinar and a high-stakes executive meeting scheduled just days away, their contractor referred them to Topline to handle the safety markings and walkways.
We were introduced to Jordan, their Facilities Manager, who had one clear request:
“This place needs to be safe, organized, and ready for showtime.”

The Challenge
Jordan needed rapid help—and options. The layout was still evolving, but the markings had to look clean and professional before the event. He needed:

Paint would look sharp—but it was permanent. Epoxy was overkill for an evolving facility.
