We’ve been part of the Elora and Guelph community since 1985. Back then, we were a small line painting business with a simple goal: do good work and build something that lasts.
 

A defining moment came when Mike Hirst and Dave McKenzie partnered up. What started as a single-service operation quickly began to take shape into something bigger. Within the first year of their partnership, the business expanded into full parking lot maintenance. This marked the beginning of a more comprehensive approach to pavement care.
 

It didn’t take long to see the impact. Clients valued the reliability, the consistency, and the pride taken in every job. The business grew through trust and through a commitment to doing things right the first time.
 

From there, Topline continued to evolve.

Over the years, we’ve grown into a full-service pavement maintenance company, completing projects across Wellington County and the Waterloo Region. From hospitals and shopping centres to school playgrounds and municipal lots, our work has always been rooted in helping communities function safely and smoothly.
 

Even with that growth, the core of how we operate hasn’t changed. We take a hands-on, accountable approach to every project, focused on quality, consistency, and long-term results.

Because good pavement is not just about how it looks today.
It is about how it holds up over time.
 

And after 40 years, we are still building on that foundation.
